Taking a screen recording of your UI and playing it back slowly remains one of the best ways to hold a high quality bar. Extremely easy to see layout shift, unwanted flickers, unclear states, etc.

It is literally the best time ever to invest in good DX and an extremely solid data model. If your foundation is sloppy you are going to get brutally mogged by some solo dude ripping hard with AI.
