@seefootnote Please could you confirm which model of thermostat you have? Normally you set the Frost temperature by turning the dial to the thermometer symbol and pressing the OK until you see the Frost symbol. Using the + and - you can adjust the temperature, and press OK to confirm

@DeltaDore_Uk Hi, we have a Fischer heating system and have been operating it via the app, manually turning radiators on and off. We now want to set up a routine so they come on automatically, but although you can specify a start time, there is no ‘end’ time? Is that right?

@UKEmpLawyer Hi James, all of the information is held in the Tydom hub, so switching off the power and on again wont affect it.

@DeltaDore_Uk It's OK, I worked it out myself in the end. Out of interest, if I switch it off at the mains (to change a plug) & then quickly switch it back on, will I need to go through the installation process all over again, or will it remember my details?

@DeltaDore_Uk Unfortunately your app is no longer working - I have a blank screen when I try to access my heating. The consequences are pretty serious given the sub-zero temperatures.
