In their google doc, they specify refunding my friend @wiburumanana only $40 OUT OF THE TOTAL $217.50, refunding her simply for the snake-horse thing that was meant to be a cat. This isnโt sufficient.

I suspect he thought this language (that cannot be legally upheld) would extend to the commission process as well

I am just gonna say this here.
Blocking me on my main for drawing something as a gesture of compensation for the client you didn't give a full refund too, 200 isn't 40.
Not giving an apology for your actions, you straight up blocked the client, it wasn't a good look for you.
I was going to commission you last year.
You know who I am.
But I decided against it for a reason. And due to this, I can totally see why.
I believe you can absolutely draw.
And people make mistakes. Plenty of them.
But when you're not meeting the demands that could be EASILY changed and fixed, and blocking them after....
It shows laziness and no accountability- a complete and utter disregard for your clients.
I am hope you learn your lesson from this. And do better in the future.
