@Poomeister2 That still doesn't explain why Avistar is the one in the event being a manager like Riss used to be and not Eyeri. Also it's clear that Avistar's "friend" in that conversation was herself. But most of all, why have this event and not use Eyeri if she's Riss?

@Demonboy007 Because in chapter 41(?) of the main story Avistar confirms she was the one who made the AI video, which was after Riss died. Then Avistar full of guilt committed suicide due to how the AI video made it worse

A hopium theory is that Riss became Eyeri. The two people who died during Smile Time incident ended up in the same squad. Avistar confirmed to not be Riss in main story as she made the AI video. Riss losing her memories then regaining them later as Eyeri has a lot of potential
