Gründung in 48 Stunden? Der bürokratische Haken an der "EU Inc." 🤔
Die EU Kommission feiert sich für ihre neue "EU Inc." – eine einheitliche Rechtsform, mit der Startups künftig in nur 48 Stunden europaweit gründen können. Klingt nach einer absoluten Revolution, um endlich mit dem US Markt mitzuhalten. Das Kleingedruckte der Ankündigung sorgt aktuell allerdings für reichlich Spott und laute Lacher.
Denn wer den Text genauer liest, stellt fest: Bisher wurde in der Praxis absolut gar nichts eingeführt. Das Dokument ist lediglich ein Vorschlag. Der nächste Schritt? Parlament und Rat werden das Thema jetzt erst einmal ausgiebig "diskutieren". Das hochgesteckte Ziel der EU: Man will "sein Äußerstes tun", um bis Ende 2026 überhaupt erst einmal eine Einigung zu erzielen. Von wegen 48 Stunden – bis die erste "EU Inc." wirklich das Licht der Welt erblickt, dürften in den Brüsseler Behördenkellern wohl noch etliche Kaffeemaschinen den Geist aufgeben.

Still, these solutions always carry risks, and users should be aware of them before getting involved.

⚠️Cambodian 🇰🇭 bank nightmares
We previously warned our users not to open accounts in Cambodia 🇰🇭. Anecdotal evidence always hinted that it's easy to put money in, but hard to take it out
Today we received reports that one of the banks has lost its license❗️Accounts in this bank were sold for XMR and advertised to the community
Users are forced to travel to Cambodia or pay an overpriced lawyer to collect their funds in their name
Only to move their money to a new Cambodian bank which won't let users send out as little as $700❗️
