Yes. The refs have always had it in for Nebraska vs Iowa & Northwestern. In almost 15 years of football between Nebraska & Northwestern, I’m sure the penalty disparity must 140-11. Plus Northwestern got that bogus 1st down on review that the B1G offices called in
