24 athletes of all abilities at training this morning. Session 3-4k sub threshold +5-6x300m hill at 1500m effort on 3min cycle + 3x100m. Zoe in the 3k at Maurie Plant meet next Saturday.

Women's 1500m will be interesting. Zoe and Steph in the race.

Another night of racing for the crew with a number of athletes heading to Sydney for the @athletics_nsw milers meet over 1500m. Will have 3 females in Women's A, and Kieran runs his first 1500m in men's A. With 4 athletes in Men's B. Should be interesting.

Australian 3k Championships coming up this Saturday in Hobart. Kieran, Zoe, and Steph will be competing. Session was 2x200 +3x500m at race pace + 5x200 at 1500m and a little faster. Looking forward to seeing what these athletes achieve. Should be interesting.
