Banyak businesses actually subsidizing landlords and banks je lol Rental is a big chunk of their fixed costs. In Kuching pun rental gila-gila. Shoplots je pun. Can go up to RM4,000 - 5,000. RM2.30/sq.ft Habis revenue bayar rental/mortgage je.

@HilmiAdi @Duurianne U-Mobile couldn't afford to squat on it all by itself. It has to resell them to the other telcos. Now telcos won't have to submit to a monopoly anymore- there's competition. What irked prople is how U-Mobile got itself that spectrum slice out of nowhere.

@JennyBot88 @ASvanevik It’s not the caning. Most micro countries do well as they’re very easy to manage. No need to care for rural working class, just import the few workers you need, attract high earners by having low taxes etc.
