It is blowing my mind how many people don’t seem able to grasp that oil & gas in the North Sea is not “ours” but was sold off to private companies who will trade it on the international market like any other fuel.
We don’t get any kind of privileged access to this fuel.

@Reddevil19721 @sharma_views You just said he’s using the war on Iran to put fuel prices up which is not the case at all. They’ve gone up because oil is $107 a barrel.
Also, removing fuel tax would only save you about £10 a month unless your minted and have a fleet of cars. Just saying.
