According to news outlets, Congress reached a deal on a $2 trillion coronavirus relief package last night. The Senate will reconvene today at noon for an official vote. The text of the bill has not been made public. You can follow this in real time at congress.gov

The new road near our local library branch and Ochsner Clinics is now complete and open for public use! It will provide a 3rd access point to our commercial district, improving traffic flow. Thanks to Hancock County for taking the lead in getting it built!
