@Spice_N_Ash @TheDivisionGame One and a half days of playing, well over 20 Krampus teams and not one key. Then I went to Grand Washington Hotel and received 3 keys in under 10 minutes. I have been told that going to different fractions helps, as they respawn Krampus every 10 mins.

@TheDivisionGame Please Fix the issue with key drops. cleared 5 or 6 krampus groups and received no keys. friend I was partied with clearing those only received 1 key.

@TheDivisionGame In the end I gave up answering them as there was no benefit for taking the time and having to go back to the start of missions I was doing. Shepherding is broken and really needs a rethink, in my honest opinion. Thank you team TD2 for all you do.

@TheDivisionGame On many days I spent hours answering calls for them to be cancelled after I joined, or they had finished the mission and dissolved the group. In one four hour period I gained one point, on others I spent a couple of hours for nothing.
