@Milordon82@komonews Exactly. And then life in mental health care because it can happen again. Or, they should be housed next to the judge for life to make sure they decided correctly.
@komonews It should be Guilty by reason of insanity. He is guilty of murder. She will not become undead because he was insane. The reason should only factor in during sentencing.
Prosecutors and defense experts agreed that Cordell Goosby was insane during the 2023 random killing of Eina Kwon in Belltown.

@KIRO7Seattle@EverettRockford An UZI is not a military machine gun. There is a big difference, mainly that a machine gun is belt fed and a UZI is magazine fed. Also the U.S. military does not use UZIs.
King County is at a crossroads over a dire crisis in transportation funding, and an increased sales tax is one solution under consideration.
The county’s Road Services Division needs about $200 million each year for maintenance and safety improvements, but has only a fraction of that amount on hand.
On Thursday, the King County Transportation District (KCTD) will consider a proposal to increase the sales tax by 0.1% for the next 10 years.

@fox13seattle Politics is why they left. It would be why they didn't come back. People with all that education too stupid to understand the impact or taxes
As the NBA inches closer to a possible expansion decision, there are questions about whether Washington’s tax climate could influence the league’s thinking on the return of the Seattle SuperSonics. fox13seattle.com/news/washingto…
🚨BREAKING🚨
The new “millionaire tax” on anyone making over $1 million in the state of Washington will cause players to NOT want to sign with the team, Seahawks general manager John Schneider said.
The tax would impose an additional 9.9% tax on earnings over $1 million a year.
Seeing fans blaming #Seahawks general manager John Schneider for some of these signings and some of the re-signs being "bad."
I don't know, man, maybe blame our HC Mike Macdonald, as well, since those two have to agree on most of these signs and re-signs.
Ken Griffey Jr. on the Sonics potentially coming back:
“If the opportunity presents itself, I’d love to be part of the ownership group bringing a team back. It’s something this city is missing, and I’d love to be a part of it.”
(@LandonBuford)
@CaptainFrantzen@NikoTamurian@SeattleSonics@simplyseattle Maybe they should pay contracts in stocks. That way...they won't get taxed until they sell them. They can take out loans against the stocks like Billionaires do and never pay taxes ever.
@NikoTamurian@SeattleSonics@simplyseattle Zero chance they play in 2028. There is NO WAY the NBA can get it done that fast.
I’ll bet anyone $999,999 on it. (Just making sure I’m below the $1 million threshold for tax purposes).
So the @SeattleSonics take the floor in 2028-2029...
Which logo you wanna see at half court and on those unis?
(Thanks for the stickers @simplyseattle )
@gbellseattle Gregg, you have a very motivational way of talking about the Sonics that some people just don't have. Now, please motivate someone to discuss a new logo (still Sonics) that will issue in a new era. Something updated and awesome.
It's the biggest, best news yet for the Sonics returning to Seattle after 18 years away.
The NBA Board of Governors will take a 1st vote next week on expansion teams in Seattle, Las Vegas.
No open bidding for markets.
