@svembu Can you also share some learning on how you GTM in various geographies? Would be helpful for people building products.

We have faced a 100x increase in Arattai traffic in 3 days (new sign-ups went vertical from 3K/day to 350K/day). We are adding infrastructure on an emergency basis for another potential 100x peak surge. That is how exponentials work. As we add a lot more infrastructure, we are also fine tuning and updating the code to fix issues as they arise. We have all-hands-on-deck working flat out. As a matter of fact, we had planned on a big release by November, with a lot of the features you expect, a huge capacity addition and a marketing push. And then it suddenly went vertical! We have a lot more planned for Arattai, please give us some time. Thank you for your patience and support! Jai Hind 🙏

I strongly support this initiative and want to work together with the Artists for Dharma to spread this. We teach Carnatic music to every child in our school. We support Nadaswaram artists locally so they can flourish and the art form will endure. We also want to bring free Carnatic music concerts in rural areas open to all. Music is bhakti and we will pray for the woke artists too 🙏

@svembu I live in EU,study at MIT but my startup is in India. I am so glad I have been able to harness the talent of stay at home moms. There is a huge potential. Please do tap it with more WFH and flexi opportunities. They are so willing to contribute to the economy and are amazing.

I have been speaking at industry bodies, large company meets, colleges and various other forums in many parts of India (tomorrow in Mumbai!). I also hear from a lot of Indians living abroad who want to return to India. Just yesterday I met a FAANG engineer who plans to return to rural India. The sense of optimism is real. India is the most dynamic large economy in the world, poised for decades of solid growth. This is the time to invest in India. We are investing heavily both within Zoho as well by backing deep R&D driven companies similar to Zoho in outlook. Our rule of thumb is simple: if some technology is not yet being developed in India, we are interested in people that are committed to solving that problem, by creating and nurturing the talent that will achieve mastery in that domain. Long term focus is a must - we are not interested in exit driven companies.

Was shocked to see an ad where a teen girl tells her mom she is #pazham because she doesn't party. We have moms in our country who are beautifully managing their homes and working hard to contribute to their family and society and may not party. Don't put a stereotype on them
