⠀⠀⠀ When Cecilia mentioned the position, for a brief second Josephine blinked and simply stared at her cousin. Her shoulders stiffened ever so slightly. Almost immediately, however, the gears in her mind began turning. ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ “I genuinely love your vision, Cecil.” Josephine leaned forward, excitement beginning to seep into her voice. “I can already think of several friends who would absolutely fall in love with Pellucid. If you don't mind, I'd love to tell them about it later.” ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ Listening to Cecilia speak about Pellucid, Josephine rested her chin lightly on her hand, her eyes growing brighter with every explanation. By the time her cousin finished, admiration had completely replaced the thoughtful expression she'd worn moments earlier. ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ A small smile found its way back to her lips. "The initial results shows that recycled wool actually produces a softer texture, and if we can keep refining the process to the highest standard, I think we could create something that's even higher in quality." ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ Without realizing it, a slight crease formed between her brows as her mind slipped back into work mode. "I wouldn't say it'll reduce production costs, though." She shook her head. "If anything, the process is much more complicated." ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ “Don, humor me for once and enjoy the view, please? And take a nice picture of me while you're at it.” ⠀⠀⠀

5 July 2026⠀•⠀05:40 CEST 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗨 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗡, 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗭𝗘𝗥𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗 One final morning at the chateau with family before the calendar resumes. A last stroll through the grounds with Josephine before a brief business detour to France. ㅤ

⠀⠀⠀ (…) the club swept forward with a crisp, satisfying crack. She followed the ball with her eyes as it sailed through the morning sky before landing neatly on the fairway. “Not bad, right, @Scorchedies?” ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ The thought alone was enough to loosen the tension lingering in her shoulders. Josephine settled into her stance, eyes fixed on the ball resting patiently atop the tee. The familiar posture returned almost instinctively, (…) ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ "Of course," Josephine replied with an eager nod. "I'd love to see your gallery with my own eyes." She was about to ask another question when @Tjandrakala suddenly distracted by something else. "Is everything alright?" ⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀ (…) gratitude was always the first feeling that came to mind. They had never hesitated to support her dreams, even the impossible ones, and had always loved her far more generously than she believed she deserved. ⠀⠀⠀
