I’ve moved living in Detroit for the last year plus. The food is incredible However, I have to complain because in year plus we still haven’t found quality Mexican food that is 1. Authentic 2. Isn’t trying to reinvent the taco 3. Isn’t Americanized

@JoeBorri @AtoZ_Payton The market is great! Just noticed the last time my wife and I went there that they now have a botana (which they never had) and the ultimate white wash item, ground beef! I feel like offering ground beef is literally only for us white people (I get tripe typically so not for me)

@Dizzard @AtoZ_Payton I saw they opened another location. I was at the original and there were and the crowded restaurant was full of Mexican-Americans who appeared to be regulars. The attached market was really stocked with many hard-to-find items as well.

@KoreaPistonsFan Henry Ford museum/ greenfield village is probably the best place to go outside of the city that time of year. Do the Henry Ford first because it's incredible and you could stay there for hours. Greenfield village is cool and all, but kinda gets stale after a while
