To overcome my many blind spots, I am always asking, "What am I missing?" and "can you help me?" I have given the people around me permission to speak truth into my life. It is the only way I can be protected from my blind spots.

Physicians are viewed as leaders within our society. Many are not aware of this! I was presenting once to a group of oncologists at a major medical center and was asked this question, "Are we leaders?" I was shocked at this. You are! Please show others the way in society too.

"Live in the moment" is good advice for a day but bad advice for a life. Carpe diem isn't about focusing only on today. It's about seizing today to take charge of tomorrow. Happiness is enjoying the present. Motivation is looking forward to the future. #MondayMotivation
