One thing you never hear the "Supreme" Court ask: Is it fair to the American People to let foreigners invade this country then make their kids citizens?

Libs saying Greenland is for Greenlanders only is fine. But if I say America is for Americans only, suddenly I'm a racist.

Ask yourself: If a person born in America isn't an American, what are they? Why would another country be required to claim them as a citizen? What if a person was born in America to parents from two different countries? The Trump arguments against birthright citizenship are impractical nonsense.

Zero European countries currently grant fully automatic (unconditional/unrestricted) birthright citizenship. Why are we the exception?

@RealSpitfire Well isn’t it Trump and his legal team’s responsibility to figure it out? Cos they’re the ones trying to end it?

So SCOTUS’ arguments to CONTINUE birthright citizenship consists of they can’t figure out how to end the program. Do I have that right?🤦🏼‍♀️

@RealHickory Explain how. Given that this would essentially mean nothing changes.

If the Supreme Court actually rules in favor of birthright citizenship, it'll officially be the end of America in its 250th year of existence as a Constitutional Republic. No pressure SCOTUS!

@RealTheoWold the entire debate turns on four words ::; subject to the jurisdiction thereof. if that clause has no limiting meaning then the 14th amendment is being read far more broadly than the framers intended

It's a simple Constitutional question: Does the 14th amendment require that America accept children born to illegal foreigners as citizens? The answer is quite obviously no. If the right of American citizenship belongs to the world, then American longer a sovereign country.

@BarnettforAZ @soulconnect4 You mean they have their name to a guy who wrote down a different name easier to pronounce and then got in line for a job? Bit different nowadays

So, according to the liberal nuts on the Supreme Court, every person from Mexico could come here illegally, have a kid and then declare that they are US citizen. That is ridiculous and absurd

@toJamesConnor Let’s go this way. A Mexican citizen, born to Mexican parents, anywhere in the world, is a Mexican citizen. A child born to a U.S. citizen, anywhere in the world, is a U.S. citizen and they do not receive citizenship in that country.

American Indians were not granted US citizenship by the 14th Amendment. It took another law for that. By this understanding, the 14th Amendment clearly cannot apply to illegal aliens

It’s crazy Americans who believe the second amendment was written in stone, believe the rest of the Constitution was written in sand.

Some may not like this post, but I don't think children born to illegal aliens in the United States deserve U.S. citizenship. They should be just as illegal as their parents.

HERE WE GO!!!🔥🔥 They’re going to have an exact count of envelopes that go out for mail in voting. They can only go to verified registered voters. And they have to match when returned. THIS IS HUGE!!!
