@diasbrendanh @sanjaybkulkarni Agree with the statement from EAU. But I would go further and in my practice I do not perform anastomotic urethroplasty for any penile stricture due to reduced success rates (primary outcome)-single or multi stage BMG urethroplasty current gold standard. Future? #OptilumeDCB

Excision primary anastomosis provides best success but theoretical risks of sexual dysfunction. Alternatives include non transaction techniques (ala Andrich/Mundy) or grafting. The future=#Optilume
