@DrewHathi Suppose it’s all relative as to what you’re trying to achieve. I’m still very much on weight loss but when I get to my ‘maintain’ stage Id imagine I will aim to stay below a higher number. For me, I have to track not particularly anal but still like to know what’s what.

Boring tweet BUT for those of you who track calories….do you include veggies/salad asking as I always have but I keep seeing a weight loss person on tiktok talking about her 1400 a day deficit and then says she doesn’t track veggies ect 😩

@TheresonlyoneEm I think the point is that it can get too anal and therefore it becomes too big a thing in your head.
It's like trying to hit a specific number every day. I've found it's better for me mentally to aim for a bracket (1800-2000 a day for example) rather than a specific number.

@DrewHathi I still track cucumber/peppers ect ect just think it all adds in and (sadly) I like to look at nutrients at the end of the day…. Nah I get that but it seems odd to me to not track calories if your tracking calories 😂

I don’t think I’ve ever heard Paul Hawksby ever say a positive word about us. Every time we are struggling he can’t stop talking about us. When we started like a train under Ange he avoided even mentioning us. Even when Andy Jacobs did. What a weird way to support a club.
