I mean, I can’t believe this is happening and how amazing this is going to be... Let’s address the most important things: ▪︎ The governance of Drizzle does not and will not change ▪︎ Drizzle remains independent and open-source ▪︎ We will now work more full-timer on Drizzle ORM, Kit and Studio ▪︎ Our social media manager(me) will finally have a salary ▪︎ Drizzle v1 is going to be amazing Thank you all for using Drizzle, without you there won’t be 1.2k GitHub issues and 355 PRs, we’d live a happy life, touching grass ❤️

I got tired of creating $5 @PlanetScale DBs for every little side project I build on @Cloudflare Workers, so I created a Pulumi component that lets me easily add multiple DBs + roles to a single PlanetScale PS-20 cluster, and then provision an Cloudflare Hyperdrive config that I can use in my Cloudflare Workers!

Prisma 7.7 still sucks — slower than v6 in most cases. Time to ditch it for @DrizzleORM and finally touch some grass. 🌿

Personal update: I've quietly but officially accepted an offer to join the @fireship_dev team full time! 🔥 A big switch to "behind the scenes" from what I am used to do. I love being involved in all aspects of supporting & augmenting a large scale video production pipeline.
