@kim_356042 I understand that you have underdeveloped brain but my responsibility as a doctor and an Indian citizen is to tell you that doing stupid tests every month for 1-2 days leave for every women is just stupid

@Drkaajukatli I understand the lack of female interaction in your life but there are diagnostic tests for menstrual issues like the ones I mentioned

I don't think it's my place to tell women what to do but most of the women face severe cramps on day 1 atleast, many can barely function. But at the same time 4-5 days leave/month??? Umm.. i don't think it's a good for them too. It's a grey zone. There should be some relaxation either by giving them leave for atleast first day? (Minimum) And/or giving WFH for 2-3 days? (At the same time we all know, it will be used as an opportunity by some but not all)

@Drkaajukatli It should be just an option atleast not all women face the same severe cramps and most are able to push through but those who have endometriosis or pcos can’t that’s why it should be an option
