If you want to play college 🏀, train with PURPOSE. The game changes at the next level—IQ, spacing, footwork, shooting under pressure, defense, and decision-making matter. Watch NCAA 🏀 and attend a practice. Build skills that TRANSFER, not just highlights.

I grew up in the 90s when parents didn’t attend AAU games. You got dropped off, prayed the gym had AC, and hoped your ride came back on time. Now every game got full‑court press PARENTS, tripods, livestreams, and postgame film sessions. Times done changed. Evolution is crazy.

ADULTS (30+) : making open‑gym mixtapes. Bro, nobody is offering you a scholarship to Planet Fitness University or LifeTime Fitness Prep. You’re hooping with accountants, cashiers, and that one uncle dressed like he’s starting for the ’93 Bulls. Social media got folks DELUSIONAL.

NCAA 🏀 isn’t waiting anymore. Coaches aren’t recruiting HS “projects” who need 1–2 years to develop . If you can’t help right now, they’ll grab a grown man from the portal who can. Development used to be a plan — now it’s a luxury nobody thinks they can afford.

The carry epidemic is out of control. NCAA, HS, NBA — everybody’s dribbling like they’ve got the ball on a string, and officials just keep it moving. At this point, is the rule outdated or are we just pretending not to see it?

NCAA 🏀 is getting tougher to watch. A few ⭐️s are stacking NIL deals bigger than G‑League salaries, while teammates next to them aren’t seeing $1. That gap changes everything - the chemistry, pressure, the whole feel of the game. NCAA 🏀 is shifting fast & everyone can feel it.

NCAA 🏀 is spiraling. You’ve got pros coming back after 3-5 years overseas and somehow getting NCAA eligibility, coaches “fining” players by withholding NIL money, & HS athletes getting squeezed out because scholarships are disappearing. The system is breaking in real time.

Watching a European pro team sub out an American import guard for a 16-year-old U16 international 👀 This happens more than people realize—but as global talent keeps rising, foreign roster spots may get a lot harder to come by. #justathought

If your 16-year-old is in 13U-14U and can’t dominate or keep up with younger players, that’s a sign to refocus—not blame. Crying to AAU coaches won’t change the gap. Instead, use it as fuel. Reassess, reset, and get back in the gym. The grind doesn’t lie.
