He got argumentative, denied it, claimed racial profiling. Officer suspected OWI (glossy eyes, alcohol smell noted), but Fabian denied drinking (said long shift, bought Sprite). Walk-and-turn test had issues. Breathalyzer: 0.00. Car search: THC syrup + loaded Glock 19. Refused blood test. Arrested for OWI + resisting. Later convicted of resisting officer, disorderly conduct, concealed weapon. Got 2-year probation (no guns) + $300+ fines. No OWI conviction. No confirmed intoxication (alcohol zero; drugs untested).
