@PikkuProgram What other authors do or don't do and how their community handle's it, isn't really relevant when it comes to the story's themselves. The Daruma point especially doesn't work cause we're already well aware of Sojo's brutality given his intro is literally this..

@PikkuProgram I mean fair enough if you don't like it. But Lighting was just simply pointing out that Dhruv's character is factually a perfect case of Gege's type of "Tell don't show". I don't think it was meant as the high praise you've interpreted it as. It's just simply a good example😅

Dhruv Lakdawalla is one of the most unintentionally funny chars ever. Stylish OP debut, top 4 player in Sendai, highest points and monster shikigami but barely 2 sec of screentime before he hits the gutter Gege's perfect case of tell don't show

@PikkuProgram Dhruv's characters sole purpose is literally to die by Yuta's hand, Giving us exposition into how strong Yuta has gotten/How well he's doing against older more experienced sorcerers of the past. I don't see what's so bad about that?

Like I keep reading into these takes, on Reddit, Youtube and so forth - and it just reads as incompetence. Like so much of it, boils down to "given zero room to prosper, make up your own story about him I guess lol" and this same sentiment remains in Modulo aswell.

Current word count stands at 2,500... I'd estimate I'm about 30/35% Through the full script. For frame of reference my last Jujutsu Kaisen video was 3,900 and that was just shy of 27 minutes long...

The older I get the more affirmed I am in my passion as an artist. That being said, this next Jujutsu Kaisen video is going to really push the boat out for me. Script wise, production wise, Editing wise. Hope ya'll look forward to it! ❤️

Might be the end of an era for the YouTube channel. The weekly reviews of manga just aren't hitting the same for me anymore enjoyment wise. Whilst I still love Kagurabachi & Jujutsu Kaisen, I'm finding myself drawn to bigger/deeper videos exploring different topics 🫣

I think had Denis extended that scene in the film It'd have hit WAYYY harder for me personally. Theres pro and cons to boths sides. Not to say the scene was bad, However Timothee would have SMASHED that descent into madness I think

The more I read of Dune, the more and more I fall in love with the universe. I also come to admire Denis more in how he adapted it. I can see why certain things where changed/cut/reworked.
