@RiyueSunnyBao We have an automated system that you put details into (and it also scrapes pubmed). Then you can export documents in a variety of formats. So there is help, but it's not a person.

When you were asked to prepare your faculty #dossier, are you 100% on your own to put everything together, or your department also provides support & guidance in gathering/formatting the documents?
