Time for those things that are out of your control. • Let TIME be your propeller, your springboard, your PUSH TO GET THINGS DONE. Set your boundaries and stick to them!!! At the end of the day, you will be amazed with what you have accomplished.

Take a close look at how you are spending your time. Is what you are doing essential or nonessential? • If the latter is the case, hit the delete button. Delete those activities that are getting you off focus. Factor in “just in case” time, some extra time for when life happens.
