In our preschool classrooms, Ts pay attention to what children are interested in & they plan studies that help children expand their knowledge & skills in different areas. Ss get a deeper understanding of a topic when they can make connections across several content areas.

Centers are a great time to foster social & academic skills. Ss learn it is ok to make mistakes, practice concepts taught in whole group, extend learning, learn new skills & we can’t forget to talk about the language development that happens during center time. #Proud2bMPS

The tree study is underway in preschool! SS are observing & comparing trees to learn about what lives in them, what they’re made from, & who cares for them. “Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.” Albert Camus 🍂 🍂 🍂
