The NHS is losing 15% of physiotherapy staff each year. We're calling for the government to urgently address recruitment and retention of physiotherapy staff by committing to a fully funded workforce plan now. Value physiotherapy staff. #RightToRehab

As leaders of complex system change, we should value the creation of relationships as a key outcome in its own right: - We need to stop trying to design the solution & instead design for the conditions that enable the emergence of many solutions - Fostering more, quality & trusted relationships is a critical enabler of that emergence. Today was my first visit to a newly built beautifully accessible site for a specialist school I work in and excited doesn’t cover it - huge classrooms, wide corridors, all looking out onto accessible playgrounds! Is it too much to ask for all schools to be like this 😍
