There was an error in our kindergarten screening post. It states before September 01 , 2027, however, it should state September 01, 2026.

Is your child turning 5 on or before September 1, 2027? Make sure to add your name to the EPJ census! We utilize the census to contact families for kindergarten screening! Contact Jamie.Donnelly@k12.sd.us

A special shout out to our masked readers who took the time this morning to have a little fun with our JK-2 students. We hosted our first ever masked reader assembly, it is safe to say it will not be our last.

Schedule Change: The EPJ Theater performance of "Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon" will now be Sunday, March 29 and Monday, March 30 at 7:30 pm both nights in the MS gym. Admission will be $5 for adults and $3 for students - passes accepted.

Hello Husky Nation. Due to construction conflicts, the end date for the school year has moved to Wednesday, May 20th. This is one day earlier than previously scheduled.

Boys basketball will travel to Vermillion for the first round of the Region 4A basketball tournament on Tuesday, March 3. Tip-off is 7:00 pm at Vermillion High School.

Reminder that the Spring Kickoff Meeting will be Monday, March 2 at 6 pm in the HS gym. Softball, JH and varsity track and JH and varsity golf coaches will be available. Athletic physicals must be completed before athletes can participate in spring seasons.

The wrestling team will depart at 2:15 today for state wrestling. Vehicles will take off down Franklin St at 2:15 if you want to come out and cheer on the Huskies as they travel to the State B Wrestling Tournament in Sioux Falls.

The Spring Sports Kickoff Meeting will be on Monday, March 2 at 6:00 pm in the HS gym. Coaches from Softball, Varsity and JH Track for Boys and Girls and Girls Golf will be in attendance.

5th Grade is working on an economics unit - supply, demand, and the price of goods. Please help our 5th graders be successful. All proceeds will go towards their field trip this spring.

Girls Basketball will travel to Sioux Falls Christian for the first round of the Region 4A Girls Basketball Tournament on Tuesday, February 24 with tip-off scheduled for 7:00 pm.

EPJ will host a pep rally to celebrate all of our winter activities and sports on Tuesday, February 24 at 2:35 pm in the HS gym. The public is welcome!
