@EUVIP_project members @WestlakeRenata & Federica Cidale attended an informative lecture on China's political system by @MarinaShiWen at @AsiaStudiesLund. This event highlights the valuable knowledge exchange between our partner @AsiaStudiesLund and @FF_UP 's young researchers.

🗣️Another fascinating lecture at @FF_UP by @EUVIP_project member Karin Zackari from @AsiaStudiesLund! 📷Using photographic historiography starting in 1973, she highlighted human rights in 🇹🇭 as a powerful form of dissensus politics.

Today, @EUVIP_project member @TabitaRosendalE from @AsiaStudiesLund gave an insightful lecture at @FF_UP She explored how 🇨🇳 political system has evolved under Xi Jinping, the challenges facing the Communist Party, and the implications for China's domestic & foreign policy

@EUVIP_project member @TabitaRosendalE from @AsiaStudiesLund presented her research on Sri Lanka as a case study for #China’s Belt and Road Initiative. Her work examines the #BRI’s progress, challenges, and impact over 10 years, focusing on Hambantota Port & Colombo Port City.

📢At the ACAS conference at @FF_UP, @EUVIP_project member Karin Zackari from @AsiaStudiesLund presented her research on #Thailand’s state repression post-2014 coup. 📚Her study examines 2 key trends in managing dissent, highlighting a balance between accommodation & repression.
