I made a creepy choose your own adventure game to hang up around the library and it honestly makes me laugh so hard.

@SketchesbyBoze I had a kid come into the library today and he and his family checked out 53 books. “That’s our new world record!” He said proudly. “You know I can only check out ONE book per week at school in kindergarten?? It’s terrible!”

The news from the book world lately has been deeply depressing. I want to hear some good news. Tell me what you’ve been reading. Tell me stories of kids who love reading. Show me some examples of bookish enthusiasm. Give me a reason for hope.
