@OocTristone You must disable "Clear Type" font smoothing in the Windows settings. This will make all the text on your system look ugly but it fixes the rendering in the game.

@EasyRPG @Daniel_Felten @Vampires_Dawn Das Problem bei (mindestens) meiner Variante ist, dass es das Game nur als .exe gibt. So kann ich das aber gar nicht bei EasyRPG hinzufügen oder?

@mokq_z2 In YNO pick the default language (I think this is "English" for Yume Nikki?) and save the game again. This savegame should work in RPG_RT. When any other language is used the save contains Unicode (UTF-8) encoding to prevent data loss. --gk

@asfjadsadsa3 No we just added a notification when an unsupported game is found because many users were confused and gave us bad ratings because there (unsupported) game was not displayed. There are no plans to add XP or MV. These are completely different engines codewise. --gk

We replaced the #EasyRPG Player 0.8.1 #Vita Homebrew VPK with a working version. #release-homebrew" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">easyrpg.org/player/downloa… It is still a bit unreliable: When it crashes for you on your PS Vita when launching a game: Put your game in a ZIP archive or delete the RPG_RT.exe in the game directory.

@warkiperew Thanks! We only tested LZH files created with "Create Game Disk" option in the RPG Maker 2000 editor. There was a bug in our encoding detection code for LZH files created with other tools I already got it working. We will fix it in the next release of EasyRPG Player. Thanks! :)

@EasyRPG Regarding garbled characters, there are two compression tools that have been very popular in Japan for a long time: "Lhaplus" and "+Lhaca." These programs were widely used in Japan during the heyday of RPG Maker 2000 and 2003, so this problem probably occurs in many works.

最近RPGツクール2000製のゲームを遊びたくなり、EasyRPGを使って遊んでたが 「なんか読込エラー多いなあ…」と思っていた これはEasyRPGが悪いというより、圧縮ファイルの問題だった。 かつて盛んに使われていたLhaplusは、文字エンコードが古い。最近の解凍ソフトに対応してない事が多いのだ。

We added more functionality to our #Android app which also means: New strings to translate. If you want to help updating the translations pls go to translate.easyrpg.org/projects/easyr… and submit them. Thx. Below you see a new feature: We detect now unsupported engines and warn about them.

@NikDrawsArt @Victor_SenArt Yes they use the same format as this is a replacement for the original RTP assets. So you can use them as soon as we release the files. (also the license allows this usage, you just have to mention the author somewhere, e.g. in a credits file) --gk

For our Apple users: #libretro cores of #EasyRPG Player are now available for iOS and tvOS. Still no ETA for our standalone app but a core for RetroArch is a good start. :)
