Odessa, TX: Both the local college and UTPB are shut down, surgeries are cancelled at the hospitals and residents are told to expect no water for at least 48 hours. PLEASE consider investing in infrastructure. Our city voted against developing water infrastructure recently

This is unacceptable. Whether you reside in a city of over 100,000 like Odessa or in a small community of hundreds, Texans deserve better from their cities and counties. TX Dems believe all should have access to clean water, and local + state govt should improve infrastructure.
