@BootsUK Merry Christmas from Boots! Not. Helped themselves to money for an order, which didn't show up. I've spent hours trying to sort this out, and the best they can do is refund me in 3 to 5 working days. Oh, wait - it's 14 days before I get my money back! So generous!

@BootsUK Finally got to the bottom of my missing parcel. Only joking!! The best this awful company can offer is a refund in 3 to 5 working days. They've had my money since the 8th Dec, and I'll be lucky to get it back before Christmas. I'll spend that money in Superdrug.

@BootsUK Trying to get help from Boots customer service is like screaming into the void. Want less stress at Christmas? Don't order anything online from Boots!

@BootsUK Yes, I have responded to that DM with my details. I have emailed my details several times and I have given my details over the phone to your customer service, only for the phone to be cut off by that member of your customer service.

@BootsUK There is no DM option available, so unable to do that. Clearly, a lot of unhappy Boots customers on X are having the same problem.

@BootsUK Finally got through to an actual person on your 0345 609 0055 customer support number, only for the guy to hang up me after 15 minutes! Unbelievable.

@BootsUK The click and collect service at Boots has to be the worst. Ordered on 2 December and still haven't received it. Taken my money, though. My daughter used Superdrug for click and collect, and it arrived the next morning.

@BootsUK Are there any actual people working in Boots customer support? The Boots bots are useless.

@BootsUK Ordered a click and collect delivery on the 2nd December. It's now 15th of December, and still no delivery! It was supposed to arrive on the 8th, which is when you took my money. Is that illegal?
