A lawyer who does not read new cases is slowly becoming obsolete. The law moves every day. Ignorance simply moves faster.

Ahead of the conference of the National Council for Higher Education that starts tomorrow in Gulu City, I have visited Gulu Main Market in whose design and construction I participated. I am impressed by the high level of activity at the market. I urge the City authorities to invest in adequate lighting inside the market to enable trade in late evening hours.
