First day of the school year with students-living a dream I’ve had since 2nd grade. Now in my 4th year of teaching, ready to be a role model and facilitate a positive, nurturing learning environment.

Last night, my class reunited at the Trenton Thunder game to celebrate a year of reading and growth! ⚾📚 They had a blast catching up, enjoying baseball treats, dancing with Boomer, and shining on the Jumbotron. A perfect way to close out a special chapter together!

Completed my first graduate course in Educational Leadership and will begin the second one today. In the classroom, we will continue celebrating as our June motto is Celebration. Finishing the year on a high note!

Woke up today feeling grateful—lots of good ahead this week. My Teacher of the Year celebration is today and I’m camping overnight trip with students tomorrow. For many, it’s their first time away from family. Can’t wait to see them grow, learn, and make lifelong memories. ⛺️⭐️

Proud to celebrate one of my incredible platinum students! Always leading by example, helping peers and the community, working diligently, and spreading kindness. It was an honor to watch him receive well-deserved recognition at tonight’s board meeting!

Today, a mom shared that one of my students took the time to high-five students as they boarded the bus, wishing everyone a great day. Every day, I remind my students to be a good friend as they leave my room, and it’s so rewarding to see them putting that into action! :)

Driving into work last week, I had no idea that something incredible was about to happen. Being chosen as Teacher of the Year is such an honor, and I’m grateful for this recognition. I’m so lucky to do what I love every day and work with such amazing students and colleagues!

A busy week! MP1 concluded! We celebrated Zone of Regulation Week, helping students build skills in recognizing and managing emotions. I also led a PD on A.I., including Apple intelligence, exploring how technology can streamline classroom planning and communication.

@jill_paterno I’m grateful for the time I spent learning under your guidance during my student teaching. Your dedication, wisdom, and passion for teaching were an inspiration to me. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and shaping me into the teacher I am today. Happy Retirement!

I'm excited to be playing against the Harlem Wizards with my colleagues tonight! It’s my 3rd year! The students can’t wait to cheer us on, and I’ll be wearing number 14 this year. It's going to be a fun night! See you at the game, crew! 🏀

Hey @BenQAmerica I completed my first round of checking in on my colleagues who are new to BenQ. Staff were fascinated with all the features! I’ll be completing round 2 check-ins soon and facilitating a PD this winter. Come back on campus and teach me more!

7th summer at camp, I’m grateful for the experiences we’ve shared. Watching campers enjoy trips, build friendships, and seeing counselors grow has been rewarding. This summer job is the perfect break from the classroom, allowing me to connect with people in a unique way.
