@booyahbornu I really love the idea of the still lives, genuinely does fit the theme of the Backrooms rather than being a generic horror archetype thrown in because it's a popular concept online (I.E. mimic or skin stealer or smiler or whatever else)

Watched the Backrooms movie today. That was really cool. Incredibly cool shot composition, trippy introspective horror. The horror of the backrooms and the monsters was really uncomfortable and existentially dreadful

I know this is unrelated I’m sorry, but I just can’t hate the backrooms wiki a vast majority of the stuff in there is made by either passionate teenagers or passionate young adults that genuinely love the backrooms like it’s harmless and I don’t like how pearl clutchy people are-

@theenderestman The pause right as it's bolting after the camera person always gets me. I don't know what it is about it but it's genuinely so creepy

the part that gets me most about this clip is the still-life crawling through the tunnel after him. it's jarring because despite the fact it should be expected, the series has a lot of moments where the cameraperson turns around and the thing chasing them is straight up gone
