Crikey, just how long is this journey going to take?! The can has been kicked so far down the road it's become a vintage item! Do they not understand how many LGBT+ lives they continue to ruin at this glacial pace? Other countries have acted to #banconversiontherapy much faster!

Still told to expect this tomorrow… but important to note it’ll be the promise of a draft bill. In other words, draft wording that MPs will scrutinise. How long will that take? TBC. It’s a baby step rather than a giant leap towards a ban. Would show new PM’s resolve tho.

This is incredibly outrageous and saddening. There’s an incredible podcast series by @EmSargent about the disgusting and devastating effect of conversion therapy, if you don’t know why this is an absolutely disgusting u turn, I suggest a listen and then take to the streets
