@Arioneo_off Hi, not sure if you’re aware but there are some inaccuracies in your infographic (aerobic & anaerobic are labelled incorrectly - typo?). Fat breakdown (2nd box) is aerobic (with oxygen) and carb breakdown as described here (without oxygen) is actually anaerobic.
