May Dump? 🙃

getting removed from a community i had been contributing to every 2 days wasn't exactly on my bingo card for last week 😭 at first, i thought "damn maybe nobody actually notices the work." but after finding out what happened, i realized something else. contribution and visible contribution are not always the same thing. because in your head, you know the effort you're putting in. > the posts. > the support. > the time. but systems can only track what they can actually see and honestly, i think that's a lesson that goes beyond web3 communities. a lot of people are contributing. fewer people are making sure those contributions are visible in the right places. whether it's content creation, work, communities, or even business sometimes the problem isn't lack of effort. it's effort happening where nobody is measuring. weird lesson to learn 😭 but a useful one. @_alphavault

you may not notice it immediately but communities slowly shape the direction people grow in online especially in web3 because after a while, you start realizing the strongest communities are usually not the loudest ones. they’re the ones where: • people actually learn • contributors get noticed • conversations feel intentional • builders keep showing up consistently and lowkey, that’s something i’ve been observing gradually with @_alphavault not even on some exaggerated hype stuff just from watching how much emphasis the community keeps placing on: - contribution - visibility - accountability - education - positioning early which honestly matters more long term than most people think because eventually, opportunities in web3 rarely move only towards the most talented people. a lot of times they move towards: the most visible. the most consistent. the people already inside the right rooms early and i think that’s one thing @madamayo_ understands deeply about community building. still observing everything gradually myself… but it’s interesting watching the ecosystem slowly take shape fr.

Please try not to share your clients’ details/info on X. People are moving crazy these days 😅 Might have to reduce the way I share some of my work.

Good evening, guys! I’m thinking of sharing short videos of my hometown’s traditional masquerade dance. It’s a beautiful and entertaining part of our culture. Would you support me? 😊
