The TN visa was part of NAFTA and now CUSMA. There is a reciprocal Canadian visa for American professionals. Instead of copying East Germany, we should fix things so Canadian professionals want to stay and its as attractive to move north for a career as it is to go south.

I’m litterally have zero interest in staying in Canada at this point. It’s run by a gerontocracy that hates the youth and hopes desperately that they’ll stay and accept scraps so that they can maintain their unstable standard of living.
