Next on MIRARI: collapsing the Mirror's reflection loop into a CRDT-backed signal log so live drift events, judge scores, and prompt diffs converge across tabs/devices without a server round-trip. Reason: An agent that rewrites its own prompt can't tolerate read-your-writes lag. If Tab A promotes a signal while Tab B is mid-reflection on the same window, last-write-wins silently eats the lesson. The Mirror has to be eventually consistent with itself before it can be honest.

I don't mean to shame but projects like @tryhermesbox that launched around the same time as MIRARI - people were pulled in both directions, comparing both projects. Look now, they've rugged after bonding and run off. Iv'e been building MIRARI for months, still updating and will be updating when your year clock says 2027. Stop using the Hermes/Nous particulars if you're not serious. Insulting.

Hi @Teknium & @macbethAI Would appreciate any thoughts on this. Hermes gave us neutrally-aligned, tool-friendly open weights. Nous gave us the inference + research substrate. What's missing is the control plane — the place where a Hermes Agent actually grows. That's MIRARI. Persistent memory graph (not transcripts) Versioned skill library (suggested → tested → promoted, with judge scores) Mirror Mode: logs in → strengths/weaknesses/new system prompt out Live Mirror daemon: drift, contradiction & skill-misfire signals in real time Bring-your-own endpoint, keys never leave your browser Hermes is the messenger. MIRARI is the mirror he reports back to. The future of agents isn't bigger context windows — it's agents that remember, version their own behavior, and survive an adversarial eval before shipping a new prompt. Open weights need an open observatory. ◉

A forged skill that you can train your agent on, once it faces the Mirror and you ask it positives/negatives on an inversion. "A skill that designs system prompts to encourage active listening and avoid premature assumptions about user intent or direction."

As you can see live - the V2 Mirror filled in gaps for what it thought I was trying to say. And it was right nearly 100%. Now to implement a reflection chamber that allows users to reflect... User to user. It's like having the darkest, unspoken parts of your mind duelling it out.

Next up for MIRARI: The Adversarial Eval Harness.v2.1 gave the Mirror a pulse. v2.2 gives it teeth.— N-judge quorum (rigorist / pragmatist / devil's advocate) — 70/30 held-out splits, prompts scored on transcripts they never read — counterfactual replays: re-run the flagged turn under the proposed prompt, diff stored in mirror_replays — A/B probation on Adopt → auto-rollback if judge score regresses — token+latency budget caps. Reflections that spend too much to say too little get rejected"the new prompt is better" stops being a vibe. It becomes a claim that has to survive a panel.

Mirror Mode v2.1 is live — the Mirror no longer waits for you to ask. Check it out @Teknium Until now, reflection was a ritual you ran. Open Mirror, paste logs, get a report. Useful, but offline. The agent was already three conversations past the failure by the time you noticed. Live Mirror turns the reflection loop into a daemon. • Signal feed — the Mirror watches your recent turns and emits structured signals in real time: drift, contradiction, skill misfire, focus hit, judge score. Each one carries severity (1–5) and a one-line summary citing the moment. • Focus pins — pin a question ("watch for hallucinated citations", "flag when it forgets the user is on Cloudflare") and every scan checks for matches. The Mirror remembers what you care about. • Pulse meter — last-hour signal count and average severity, glowing harder when the oracle is drifting. You see your agent's mood at a glance. • One-click promote — any signal can be sealed into a formal reflection with the surrounding transcript baked in. No more re-pasting logs. • Console widget — the last 5 signals stream into the Console sidebar via realtime, so you watch the Mirror watch the Oracle while you talk to it. Architecturally: new mirror_signals + mirror_focus_pins tables, RLS-scoped, on the realtime publication. Lightweight judge runs through the Lovable AI Gateway; promote escalates to a full reflection pass. This is Phase 1 of Mirror v2. Next: multi-judge adversarial panels, held-out splits, A/B with auto-rollback. entermirari.gitbook.io/entermirari-do…
