@JolyonMaugham @GoodLawProject Impact: parents are forced to send children to unsafe environments knowing that if they get infected (high risk), they have a 4-8% risk of developing chronic illness we don't understand or know how to treat, & that this may spread to them, & put them at risk too.

@dgurdasani1 @Alexa_Kantor consideration of the law on education, particularly the duty of a parent, could be included. Obviously issues around work/childcare and going back into a school when required would need to be taken into account, but home education is an option.

Twitter is usually for work. But as an academic, who also home educates my kids, and runs a home ed parents' group with 45,000 members, hearing that the Select Committee 'can't find parents to talk to them' feels disingenuous. #FairHearing4HomeEd
