I’m not a Leam fan. At the same time we need stability and we need that to grow. I never expected us to be in contention this season so IMO we’re peaking too soon. I don’t see him being here long term but for now, I agree with Rob. #readingfc

Has to be a massive reset. Leam doesn’t appear to be going anywhere. Let’s hope he breaks the mould, mixed resilience with attacking flair. #readingfc

Whatever you think of Richardson, this is feels off. It’s overly personal, it’s crass and it’s reflective of a complete breakdown in the relevance of regional reporters. Has zero access, doesn’t go to games, so puts social media in print. Poor. #readingfc

Can’t see anything happening before the weekend. It will be a litmus test - is the situation salvageable? Do the crowd STILL clap back when LR comes out? Do the players play? Will LR get a result? Club will wait til the end of the season still. #readingfc

We have a good nucleus of a squad. Players clearly believe they can collectively do better given an opportunity. We know another transfer window is required to strengthen. Now is the BEST time to change the manager and set ourselves up for the year ahead. #Readingfc

@B3rt1e If you are trained not to attack (our status quo) we will defo not get promoted. What everyone’s rightly saying - It’s entirely possible to get some bums off seats more than now AND get ourselves up the table. You don’t have to play Leam ball. It’s a choice.
