@NatWest_Help @ecotricity Had to send proof of address for a loan app. NW knows my address, all my accounts are with you. I don’t have paper utility bills... it’s the 21st century! I’ve sent you tv licence, car breakdown doc and @Virgin mortgage letter. No NW mortgage offer cos I had 3 SEISS grants. :-(
