Abasourdi par les discours sur le #Paraguay. On savait à quel match s’attendre face à cette équipe qui joue avec ses armes. Bloc bas compact, rugueux dans tous les contacts, généreux dans l’effort, qui jouerait les rares contres qu’il aurait à négocier et tenterait de sortir du match les joueurs adverses plus talentueux. Je comprends la frustration que ça génère, mais c’est un football. Il existe et c’est tant mieux ! On se plaint souvent d’une certaine aseptisation voire uniformisation du jeu. Eux, ont su préserver leur ADN sud-américain. De plus, les émotions sont exaltés lorsqu’il y a un « méchant » dans l’histoire. Je retiendrais surtout leur formidable organisation défensive, qui était délicieuse d’un point de vue tactique. Ensuite, la réaction des Bleus est à souligner. Ils ont su s’adapter, ne pas craquer et trouver la faille en obtenant un penalty. Il faut savoir sortir de ces matchs galères pour devenir champion, ils l’ont fait avec brio. Pour finir, le match de l’arbitre a été une catastrophe, mais je classerais sans doute le duo de commentateurs Bravo/Josse au même niveau tant ils ont pourri le match. Bref, bravo au Paraguay pour son parcours ! Et à fond derrière les Bleus face au Maroc, pour un tout autre match.
