With the Fantom upgrade to Sonic, all Fantom users must move their assets off the blockchain. EverBridge will be open indefinitely for EverRise holders to bridge their tokens and stakes to any of the other four blockchains with no fee. The RISE token liquidity will be removed. The approximately 2.58 billion RISE tokens will be burned and the FTM will be converted to wrapped BTC distributed between the other four chains. These BTC reserves will perform buyback and burns of RISE tokens when there is a price difference across blockchains. The buybacks will be ongoing with no set end date. EverRise will not be migrating its Fantom dApps to Sonic.
