Introducing: Team1 Vietnam Our mission remains rooted in execution: to build community and transform Vietnam into a primary builder hub for Avalanche in Asia. We provide the structure and support to turn students into developers, and developers into globally competitive founders. Over the last year in Vietnam, we have been building a foundation: - 1,200+ attendees across 20+ offline events. - 4 university tours reaching 400+ student developers. - 20+ projects successfully integrated into major Avalanche programs like Retro9000 and Build Games. - 150 teams were activated through our Avalanche Game Jam, turning prototypes into viable products. With the official launch of Team1 Vietnam, we are entering a new phase of scaling. We are doubling down on university pipelines and tech workshops. Direct paths are being created for founders to create startups and access global capital. We are also strengthening local developer and builder hubs across Vietnam. Our journey is just beginning. Retro9000 C-Chain Round 1 applications are now closed 🔺 The project snapshot finalises on March 31st. Rankings are live and the leaderboard continues to shift as on-chain activity accumulates across the round.

The more useful frame is how those forces interact in equilibrium, and what any given policy actually does to both sides at once.
