Officer pulls his fire arm on man because the guy won't allow him to violate his rights. This officer felt that he could just reach into this guy's car and take his property without permission. He never told the man what his crime was until he already had his gun drawn. Good on this guy for standing his ground and knowing his rights.

The property owner called these officers out because he found some 40 year old man on his property trying to interact with his very young daughter. This guy clearly lives in a rural area so it takes some effort to encroach on someone's land. The cops catch up with the guy and when they check him you won't believe what they find in his pockets.👀

The Cardinal describes the conflict as a "war of choice." However, the Bible does not categorize wars by "choice" or "aims" defined by a church hierarchy, but by the moral duty of the state to restrain evil. "For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil." (Romans 13:4) If a regime is "abominable" and a "chief exporter of terror," it is, by definition, "practicing evil." A civil magistrate (government) that refuses to use the sword to protect the innocent from such a regime is failing in its God-ordained role. In the Biblical view, the "choice" to allow terror to continue is a choice to allow the slaughter of the innocent… a violation of the mandate to "Deliver the poor and needy; free them from the hand of the wicked" (Psalm 82:4). Cupich message is the opposite of what the Bible tells us we must do.
