Architecture update! Our protocol is now a deterministic distribution engine designed to minimize risk and discretion. What changed: No burns No LP management No discretionary treasury decisions No pausing No proxies Immutable rules. Same mission.

Great report! "The Great Wealth Transfer is coming. $20 trillion in donations over the next 20 years. " The nonprofits that capture it won't be the ones running the best campaigns. They'll be the ones with infrastructure built for what's next.

When people look at EvolveNP's architecture, they focus on immutability and permissionless execution. But the most nonprofit-first decision we made is simpler: we optimize for the money nonprofits can actually use. Nonprofits can't run on volatility. Budgets, payroll, and program spend don't happen in ETH terms. A finance director can't put a volatile asset in a quarterly report. A board can't approve program spend in something that might be worth 30% less by the time it's deployed. So the protocol is designed to settle in stable value and to meet nonprofits where they are. We can distribute in the currency a nonprofit prefers for operations. And we provide off-ramp options and partnerships to make conversion and cash-out straightforward, so funds move cleanly into real-world impact without friction. The goal isn't to make nonprofits crypto-native. It's to make funding predictable, usable, and easy to deploy toward the mission. Because infrastructure that works for nonprofits doesn't ask them to adapt to it. It adapts to them.

In crypto, "permissionless" gets treated like a technical detail. For nonprofits, it's a reliability guarantee. When a donation cycle is due, anyone can execute it. No operator required. No one at EvolveNP needs to be online, involved, or even aware it's happening. But permissionless execution is only half of it. The other half is immutability. Because the rules are locked at deployment, no one can edit the beneficiaries, change the splits, or adjust the mechanics in normal operation. Not us. Not anyone. Permissionless execution + immutable rules = funding that doesn't depend on a person staying involved. The cycle runs when conditions are met: timing, thresholds, safety checks all pass. If they don't, it skips and retries. But it never runs "because someone decided." And it never stops because someone left. That's what permissionless means here. Not a feature. A system nonprofits can rely on without needing to trust an operator.

This isn't a critique of ReFi. It's a continuation of it. The regenerative economy doesn't need a better narrative. It needs infrastructure that works quietly, predictably, and without anyone having to trust it. That's what we're building at EvolveNP. Not a movement. Not an aesthetic. Just a protocol that routes value to nonprofits, every month, by rule, verified on-chain. ReFi got the vision right. Now let's build what makes it real.

The core problems we focused on: ✅Access: verified nonprofits are eligible to receive, no complex onboarding ✅Predictability: funds arrive on a fixed monthly cadence, not when a campaign succeeds ✅Low effort: nonprofits receive USDC without needing to manage token mechanics ✅Non-discretionary: no one decides who gets paid — the protocol does ✅Immutable: rules are locked at deployment, no one can change them after

There's been a lot of energy in the ReFi space lately: different narratives, different approaches, all pointed at the same core goal: funding what matters. That instinct is right. And it's worth building on.

The nonprofit sector is asking better questions in 2026: about trust, transparency, and what donors actually get in return for their generosity. At EvolveNP we think the answer starts with infra that proves impact automatically, not annually.

Happy #WorldWaterDay! 696 million people are living without clean water, a problem too important for slow, opaque funding. Shoutout to @charitywater for building toward a world where every person has access!
Nimiq — $NIM 🤝@nimiq

Back in 2021, the @Nimiq Charity donated 1 BTC to @charitywater’s Bitcoin Water Trust (charitywater.org/crypto) Part of our commitment to using crypto for good. Today we received an incredible update that puts the power of community at the centre of impact. Here’s the story.👇

Great to see crypto giving getting easier for nonprofits! Our answer: make it so simple there's nothing left to simplify. Fixed rules. Automatic distributions. Zero legwork.
Endaoment@endaomentdotorg

Crypto giving shouldn't be a headache for non-profits. Eric Smith of @AppliedLoveLabs shares why Endaoment is "not just a processor, but a partner." From simplifying the giving flow to finding "unexpected money" through our Universal Impact Pool, we handle the legwork so you can focus on the mission.

Here's the real problem with charitable giving: donors have no idea what happened to their money. Not just whether it arrived, but what it actually did. Most platforms stop at the transaction. Money leaves your account, a receipt gets generated, and the story ends there. But there are two gaps that erode donor trust permanently: 1. Tracking whether the money actually reached the nonprofit: overhead, fees, and opaque systems mean 20%+ can disappear before it even arrives. 2. Seeing the impact on the other side: what did the nonprofit do with it? Who was helped? What changed? EvolveNP closes both gaps. Every donation cycle produces an on-chain record, the amount, the recipients, the timestamp. Publicly visible, independently verifiable, forever. No $50,000 audit required. And we go further. We require every nonprofit on our platform to submit an impact report, so donors can see exactly what their support tangibly accomplished. Not a vague summary. Real accountability. Donors have always been ready to give to causes that matter. Now they can actually see what their giving does. Build what matters. Verify everything.

This is ReFi doing what it was always meant to do: permanent proof, real ecological impact, no greenwashing. At EvolveNP we're building the same accountability layer for nonprofits. Different verticals. Same conviction. 💪

When people first hear how EvolveNP works, this surprises them: The nonprofits we serve have no admin keys. No upgrade powers. No ability to touch the token mechanics in any way. Most people expect that to be a limitation. We think it's the most important design decision we made. The moment a nonprofit holds operational control over a token, they inherit its complexity. They field questions about price. They become accountable for market behavior they didn't create. They spend staff hours on crypto operations instead of their mission. So we drew a hard line. In EvolveNP's Cohort Token model, nonprofits are beneficiaries only. They receive USDC directly into a Safe they control. They report on outcomes. That's it.

That's the full cycle. DEX activity → Impact Fee → Vault → monthly swap → USDC to nonprofits. Anyone can execute it. Nobody can steer it. Infrastructure for impact should work like this.

USDC lands directly in nonprofit Safes. When conditions pass, the Vault swaps a fixed percentage of tokens to USDC, and distributes it directly to three predefined nonprofit wallets, using splits locked at deployment. No routing through EvolveNP. No custody. No delay. Transaction hash published. Publicly verifiable. Always.
